Private leagues
Private leagues are created and managed by organizer users.
- Approve or reject players.
- Define internal participation rules.

The platform does not guarantee spots, access approval, delivery of external prizes, or participant behavior.
Corporate Annex
Business use and corporate activations
Tobeat Corporate League is a B2B surface of the platform for sports engagement, social participation, and internal activations for organizations. This annex complements the general terms and applies to corporate leagues, business licenses, corporate administrators, and participants invited by an organization.
Licensing and plan scope
A purchase grants limited access to the platform according to the selected plan, the allowed number of participants, the event or activation duration, and the applicable commercial terms. The organization does not acquire ownership of the software, brand, infrastructure, or technical components of the platform.

- The license is limited to the organization's authorized internal use.
- The license may not be resold, sublicensed, or transferred without prior authorization.
Responsibility of the administering organization
The administering organization and its corporate administrators are responsible for managing access, invitations, participants, internal communications, and reasonable platform use within their activation.

- Keep league information, names, and internal communications appropriate.
- Use administrative roles responsibly.
- Avoid abusive, fraudulent, discriminatory, offensive, or unlawful use.
Social engagement, not betting
The Corporate experience is designed for social participation, internal conversation, symbolic predictions, rankings, and engagement around sports events. Tobeat does not organize betting, manage money between participants, process cash prizes, or act as a financial intermediary.
Prizes, recognition, and internal agreements
Any recognition, symbolic prize, internal incentive, or external agreement between the organization and its participants is the sole responsibility of the administering organization. Tobeat does not validate, fund, guarantee, or deliver external prizes.
Age restrictions and external promotions
Some activations, prizes, sponsoring brands, or experiences associated with certain leagues may be directed exclusively to users of legal age under the laws applicable in each jurisdiction. The administering organization is responsible for properly configuring access and participation in these activations when they involve products, brands, or incentives subject to legal age restrictions.
The platform does not sell, distribute, or deliver alcoholic beverages, physical products, or external promotional incentives. Any delivery, promotion, or agreement associated with an activation is the sole responsibility of the administering organization and its commercial partners.
Notifications and communications
The platform may support push notifications, reminders, lock alerts, league activity, and administrator-managed communications. Participants may need browser or device permissions to receive them, and the organization must use these communications reasonably and in connection with the activation.
Use limits and suspension
Tobeat may limit, suspend, or remove corporate access, leagues, administrators, or participants when it detects abuse, breach of these terms, security risk, unauthorized use, excessive use beyond reasonable limits, or activities contrary to the platform's social engagement purpose.
Predictions and rankings
Predictions must be made before the relevant match or phase lock. Once locked, they cannot be changed and are subject to the league scoring system.
Rankings may include official standings, provisional live standings, and temporary movement. Live standings are informational and can change until matches end.
Acceptable use
Users agree to use the platform respectfully and safely.

The platform may suspend accounts, delete leagues, limit access, or block users who break these rules.
Service availability
We work to provide a stable experience, but the service does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, updates, temporary outages, technical errors, or data sync delays may occur.
Match results, status, and stats may come from external sports data providers. If discrepancies appear, the platform may correct results, recalculate rankings, or adjust scores.
Account and authentication
Users are responsible for keeping their account secure, protecting credentials, and reporting unauthorized access. Access may use local authentication or external providers like Google Sign-In.
Privacy
The platform collects only the information needed to operate the service and improve the user experience. We may use cookies, analytics, push notifications, and usage metrics. We do not sell personal information to third parties.
Intellectual property
Visual elements, designs, software, trademarks, and service components belong to the platform or their respective owners. You may not copy, redistribute, modify, or commercially exploit the platform without prior authorization.
Changes
The platform may update these terms at any time. Changes take effect once published in the service. Continued use means accepting the changes.
